well, i think there's two things i want to look at with this. i want to get the response from the fingerprint destruction request, and i want the report from the opird. i half expect that i may have to take both decisions to court. but, in a sense, that's the point.

i have a timeline around this. but, let me look into exactly how i'd start this off. i know i need to file something in superior court, but is it just a motion, or do i need to file supporting documents? what are the timelines? where do i make the argument that i was arrested without probable cause, exactly, and who decides?

i expect i'll put this off until next month, but let me look into it more closely.

so, i need to make some calls today about the motion to release the audio, and will be waiting to file the human rights complaint until i am certain as to whether i can get solid audio released or not. and, i need to look into starting the civil rights case at least.
