this blog is composed of my scattered and very unordered thoughts, and it generally makes no attempt to be fit for publication - it is a diary, a journal, a scratchpad. it helps me to order my thoughts when i write them down, and enjoy sharing them, but it's intended to be strictly stream of consciousness.
sometimes, however, i will work out a specific argument or solve a specific problem over a series of posts in a way that is quasi-academic, and i have taken the time to order some of these specific threads into standalone pages. i've also includes some links to some papers that i wrote when i was in school.
so, while the blog is, in general, not intended to be rigorous, these isolated pages are meant to be fit for publication, as they are.
