note: i know that was a lot all at once. i will be posting liner notes here as they complete. on closer inspection, it will actually likely take me at least two months to catch back up. so, it will be presented here, slowly, in a more digestible manner....

this is a humongous discography update. but realize that what i actually did was republish the updates i completed over 2014 and 2015, which was material initially recorded from 2000-2003.
i have a lot of liner notes to write. but, when this is done, i'll get back to recording, with material written over a cross-country trip in mid 2003.

slow start of the day...
after i ate last night, i sat down to figure out which version i wanted to use for the vocal mix and i ended up falling asleep. i slept a long time, too. i dunno.
but, i'm up now and i've decided that i need to mix it to the album mix for timing reasons and then experiment by listening. only way to find out.
but, i've also republished my discography in full. and i'll need a new post for that...

i hate winter :(.
i have an appointment tomorrow so i'll pick up some groceries on the way home. hopefully, we get a few nice days where i can go out and forage. otherwise, i'm not likely to be seen outside pretty much at all until the thaw hits.
hey, i didn't pick this country.
i can't explain why my ancestors didn't stay in italy, but i sure wish that they did...

it's just another example of how he doesn't understand how government finance works. he thinks that he's "saving taxpayer money". and, he thinks that if he reduces government expenditures then he can cut taxes.
no. they print it. it doesn't make a difference on taxes. and, if you spend less, you just send the economy into recession.
but, here's the thing: his ignorance is a reflection of mass ignorance. because while donald trump is a wealthy elitist, he doesn't seem to have the intelligence level to match his balance sheet. he doesn't get his news from elite sources. he reads the same news sources that his voters read. he gets the same bad information. and he draws the same bad conclusions.
so, people will cheer this. they will repeat the same basic economic misunderstanding of government being just like a business. the media will reinforce the error. and, they will think they're winning.

this was at one point in time considered a "conspiracy theory". not any more.
