and, what is with this capitalizing Leader stuff, like she lives in north korea?

the conservatives have been doing this for years...

his name is justin. he's a fallible and very flawed human being. i don't think he's that good looking, either. if you punch him in the face, his skull will deform.

i've been ignoring this for a reason. the ignatieff fiasco was a comedy of errors. what a buffoon he proved himself to be! i'm not tuning into this, it's just going to piss me off...

...but i don't, at this point, see any kind of substantial differences between the conservative and liberal parties. they're both hard right, neo-liberal parties in the hands of the investor class. they both want to dismantle the welfare state.

there's no longer any use in caring, except to mobilize a new third party (the ndp is also dead).

"We're not going to go back to the days of the Hatfields and McCoys in the Liberal Party."

well, then you're going to have the party fracture. 'cause chrystia freeland isn't even a conservative, she's a democrat. that's several orders of magnitude too far to the right for a large percentage of the party to swallow.

that should have been what happened in the first place, really. the centre-left would be far stronger right now had the party just faced the obvious and split in half.

found an it company going out of business that sold me four wired routers for $20. at least one of them works. that's some breathing room if one breaks.

particularly, it means finally setting the tv up to youtube, which means not having to eat in bed anymore. it's a subversive habit, to say the least.
