in any scenario where you have two enemies, you always want those enemies to fight each other, instead of fighting you.

it's divide and conquer. it's the oldest tactic out there.

when the vikings came down from the north, what did the pope do? the answer is he gave them swords and told them if they converted to christianity then they could find great riches by fighting the arabs. 

that's how europe liberated the parts of it that muslims had conquered.

christians and muslims killing each other off is a good thing. let them slaughter each other. i don't have a side in that conflict; i want them both to cease to exist. it's easier than having to fight either of them, separately, ourselves. so, it follows when i see muslims killing secularists, my instinct is to support sending christians to fight the muslims. if the result is more dead christians and less dead socialists, that's a definite net benefit for western society.

the great delusion in exporting oil to china is not comprehending that china is moving on past oil, while america remains lost in the backwardsness of a petroleum economy.
