so, what can i do to help heal my teeth?

- i need more fluoride

- i need more humidity

- i need cleaner air

there has to be some way to get fluoride from food.

and, if i can get this court case done with soon, i can take the cash and look at moving.

i put everything on this apartment being healthy, and it isn't.

i've never needed a filling before, in my life. ever. this is the first time. and, as it's sinking in, i'm getting angry about it.

and, no - i don't care about stupid racist yankee xtian holidays.

second-hand smoke is not an annoyance, it's a health issue. the most obvious consequence of second-hand smoke is cancer - and it is well established that secondhand smoke is a leading cause of cancer.

but, you can ruin your neighbours' or family's teeth with bad habits, too.

worse, i seem to have woken up to the smokiest air in weeks :(.

so, i saw dentist today and he verified most of what i suspected.

- there were no signs of cavities from the x-rays, indicating that my teeth are fundamentally healthy.

- however, there were several cavities around the gumline, some worse than others

i am going in for cosmetic work, first, to eliminate some stains.

he said that, from what he could see, the problem was not really about sugar or poor hygiene but more about acidity. that is, it didn't look like my teeth were eaten away by sugar or not brushing so much as it looked like they were worn down by acidification. he suggested that this was more likely to be caused by dehydration and high acidic foods and that the only thing that could be done about it is to drink more water and consume less acidic foods, although it's the more water thing that is the more important consideration. and, i'm not sure how i could drink more water than i do.

further, he agreed that the deficit of fluoride in the water may be the reason that my dental health has deteriorated since moving here but argued that this is manageable by using higher fluoride toothpaste. i'm already using high fluoride toothpaste.

he also agreed that there was previous work and it wasn't clear to him what was done. he seemed confused by it. this is largely upholding my suspicion that the previous work is the root of the problem.

i would have never imagined that the air could by dried out and damaged so much as to give me cavities, but that seems to be the reality. and, i think the best thing i can do is move to get away from the dirty, dry air in this apartment. 

my landlord has ruined my teeth with his dehumidifier and second-hand smoke :(.

so, there is apparently a lone facility in canada that is capable of making a vaccine of this type.

what's going on here?

contracts with a specific company? kickbacks? somebody buddy with somebody?

this is the kind of corruption that has become the norm with this government, and it seems as though people are literally going to die due to it. the opposition needs to figure this out, but it's easy enough to put 2 & 2 together and realize that somebody's getting paid this way, and wouldn't be otherwise.

just an update on the karen case.

i finally got a response from her when i filed the form 10, but it was just to ask for an extension "due to covid-19", which is just a bullshit excuse. as far as i can tell, her paralegal dumped her at the last minute, but that's hardly an excuse given that she should have filed a response in march and has only been given this long due to covid-19, in the first place.

i've indicated that i don't consent to the request, which unleashed an entitled tirade about how she's a victim of harassment (a claim rejected by the court), that i'm a vexatious litigator (in fact, i've won both of the two cases i've seen go to trial at the landlord and tenant board, and that is the extent of the litigation i've launched and seen to fruition), that i'm stupid (i was a gifted child.) and uneducated (while i only have an undergraduate math degree, i have more completed university credits than most phd students, including enough to get a master's degree in math, a bsc in computer science and an undergraduate degree in the sociology of law) and don't understand what i'm doing and that she'll have me thrown back in jail at once if she feels inclined to.

it's really something else - this is somebody that's clearly never been challenged by anybody. she was no doubt raised as a princess by wealthy parents, and has been conditioned to act like an aristocrat since the day she was born. in the face of a challenge to her authority, she's completely melted into a ball of idiocy, like a petulant child.

i sent a series of emails this evening systematically debunking each of her claims (as i tend to do) with facts and evidence. she's been completely dismantled, completely destroyed.

but, the point of importance is this - she was supposed to file a response a long time ago. the court sent her a letter at the beginning of november telling her to file by the 17th or forfeit the case. so, this didn't sneak up on her - it's been clear for months that this was imminent. and, instead of filing a response, she's sent a series of snotty, abusive, demeaning letters full of false information to court staff demanding special treatment, which i've now shown to be full of false information.

if she wanted leniency in good faith, she would have filed a response. she does not - she is not intending to file one. she doesn't think she's required to. she thinks it's beneath her to acknowledge the accusations. as i expected...

she might still get leniency, but she doesn't deserve it; she's done everything she possibly can to harm herself and the court would be well within it's jurisdiction and well within precedent to tell her time's up and award me damages at once.

i couldn't have asked for a better outburst.

if you find western liberalism enraging and offensive then you need to be destroyed and defeated.

and, i'm not a spineless, appeasing relativist - i will see you as the enemy of freedom you are and seek to wipe you right out.

(in a civilized manner, of course. i will defeat you with words, not with violence. unless i must defend myself from yours....)

when you target somebody in that way, it's called harassment.

and, i'm not interested in the specious theories of contemporary social scientists. what i am interested in is existing legal precedent and case law in the context of the western legal tradition, and those are the arguments you will hear from me in return - whether they enrage and offend you or not.
