i'm not getting migraines recently, at least.
this time, it was the breakfast bowl, not the pasta bowl. so, what are the items in common?
- yeast
- soy
- yogurt (but, different types)
i'm going to have to take these items out and put them back in one at a time.
there's an argument for all three of them.
for now, i'm going to have to sleep it off. again.
