it's over two years later, and i'm reliving this while rebuilding my blog. i appear to undergo a second batch of aphasia around 52:00, which has me wondering what i consumed on this evening.

i'm not the type to black out; i don't have a history of it. i have a few stories with vodka as a teenager, but these occurrences have been very rare, since. i nonetheless initially assumed that i merely drank too much, in the absence of any evidence otherwise. while i still cannot prove it, in hindsight i do believe i was drugged on this night, and that this moment of aphasia is suggestive of it, as aphasia is a known side effect of date rape drugs. and, frankly, i was clearly too sober upon coming-to at 6:00 to have drank myself under.

in the long run, i had a series of negative encounters with security at this bar, who accused me of drinking too much on repeated occasions. i do concede that i was incapacitated on this evening, but i am skeptical that the cause was alcohol consumption.

there were strong signs of a sexual encounter, but i have no memory of it. at the time, i was more concerned about blood tests (i came back clean) than retribution. nonetheless, if anybody has information about the evening to help me reconstruct it, i would appreciate it.
