i'm realizing that i have no idea what processor is faster than any other anymore.

you'd think i7>i5>i3. but, apparently not. it's generational.

my initial feeling was that you'll never tell the difference: they're all really fast. but, let me try and get my head around this just a little....

it's probably the year i want to check. and, i'm probably fine with anything in the last five years. really.
