last update for the smoke journal: she seems to have mostly smoked outside over the last two or three days, but she’s back at it on the 4th of july like the self-centred american that she is.  it nearly knocked me out this morning, but i was able to overpower it with willpower. can’t be sleeping right now...need to get this in order....
