the divisional court office is still not answering the phone, although they at least have a voice message set up, now

i'm getting the impression that this process may take a long time, but i have little choice but to wait. i'm not going to let the system just throw this case aside; this case will at least be heard, and we'll see what the next judge up the ladder says, in the end.

what i'm waiting for is the actual office to open, because they've told me that they can't really check anything until they're physically back in the office. so, i'll try again in a few days. i really don't have any other option.
