if i combine the pasta & eggs into one meal in the end, i could potentially reduce requirements for a lot of water soluble items from 200% to 100%, or maybe come in at 150% (75% each). but, i still need 65% of the fat soluble items, so this tripartite separation still has value for vitamin a, d, e, etc.
i'll work it out when i get there....and maybe try to pick it up....
