the dehydration from the migraines is such a weird thing, too. it's worse than the headaches, in a real sense. you can sort of deal with a headache, but dehydration makes it hard to think, hard to focus. it even makes it hard to see.
so, it's looking like i was able to complete a three-meal cycle over 36 hours. i had the fruit bowl around 00:00 saturday morning, the pasta around noon yesterday and the eggs around 00:00 this morning. i should get the next round of fruit in by around noon-ish. and, i've been sleeping for most of the last 24 hours. all of the migraines and unwanted sleeping aside, is that stable?
it's kind of necessary to get a grasp on that, as i figure out how to approach these calcium intakes. i currently have them set to the lowest upper limit, the one for seniors. i am exceeding that upper limit in the total three-meal sum, but how should i adjust that if it's over 36 hours? if i picked the midpoint between the upper limit for seniors and the upper limit for the middle aged, i could avoid adjustments, and i think that's what i should do for now. but, if this is intended over a 36-48 hour cycle, i should be looking at 150% minimum and potentially 200%. then, i may have to actually adjust upwards.
i wanted to wait and i think i should.
