i pointed out that my headaches seem to have resolved after boosting my b vitamins, specifically b5, which i think i was severely deficient in.

if i had or have ms, how likely is it that a b5 deficiency caused it? i'd say that's pretty unlikely - and that smoke from car exhaust is more likely.

but, if the myelin degradation was caught early enough, i suspect that a bombardment of b vitamins (combined with quitting smoking) might have partially reversed it.

Interestingly, both MS and vitamin B deficiencies result in severe myelin degeneration, leading to loss in neuronal signal transmission.

i've been concerned about my d for years, and have had a diet heavy in soy & eggs since the 00s. unless i can't absorb it (i haven't tested for it.), i was never d deficient. it's just not a likely problem.

but, what changed was that i got my b vitamins way up - and it wasn't even the reason why. i was trying to solve the tiredness, which worked at first but stopped when the winter kicked in.

but, it seems to have worked in resolving the headaches, by accident.
