ok, i've spent all night making calls about the estrace and i've now left mesages at probably 300 different pharmacies. i hope to get a large number of responses in my mailbox early in the morning.

for all of the time i've spent focusing on my nutrition, i actually haven't eaten in a few days. so, i need to get to that, first.
