so, i'm not doing a writeup on hydrogen water, and i can't find an rdi for hydrogen for obvious reasons. but, i can think of a way we get a lot of hydrogen - water.
in fact, i've recently supplemented the diet with a very large amount of water, and i need to enter it, regardless. so, that's the next update - i'm putting the water in.
might there by any vitamins hiding in tap water? i can't prove it....
however, the usda has a water entry for each item, and it has been tapped (sorry) for data for each item, at the bottom of the chart.
so, the additions are all in the fruit chart, for now. i've added entries for the before and after meal water as meal items, as well as entry for the toothpaste spit in the coffee (obviously, that will lift if and when the water here refluoridates, but i can't wait for it). i've also added a line at the very bottom for water, explicitly, as a nutrient.
i'll update the other two charts when appropriate.

what's next?
helium is entirely inert and forms a gas above roughly 5 K, which is very cold. you really couldn't eat it if you tried. so, it's not entirely clear what would happen if you somehow succeeded in consuming it.
lithium is sometimes prescribed as a medication in place of lobotomy, but is not generally recognized as a nutrient of any sort. i would prefer to avoid lithium, thanks. that bassline, though.
beryllium is flat out poisonous. don't try to eat that.
and, boron looks ambiguous, so i'll start with that.
disclaimer:
i've gone to town with a few things - i'm not making up vitamins but rather filling things in. i mean, there's all these "missing vitamin names". what were they, exactly? it also gives me an excuse to work in a few things like choline that are hard to otherwise define as they are essential in some amount but not technically vitamins.
