so,
1) i need the stannous fluoride. it's the only type that is bioavailable, so the only type that will deal with gumline issues. note that colgate has also gone back to stannuous flouride (this is recent.), so i have an option - the crest pro-health or the colgate total. and, i can figure that out in the next day or two.
2) i need to get dietary fluoride up. 311 sent me to the local water treatment company, enwin. i'll see what they say. but, i'm going to end up putting toothpaste in the breakfast bowl, almost for sure. the only other dietary thing i can think of
3) brush hard before and gently after eating, instead of just brushing after eating.
and, what i'll do is i'll push for him to do a cleaning, first.
and, i'm considering sending them an email to ask some pointed questions so i'm sure.
i just don't want to drill unless i'm sure i need to. i need to answer this question - are these caries in the enamel or in the dentine?
