my argument - which i never got to make - was that annoying somebody isn't harassment, under the law. it's some kind of colloquial concept of harassment in terms of "bothering somebody", perhaps. but, she had no grounds to fear for her safety at all, and that's what the legal question is. so, i've never denied initiating the communication - i've always argued that i was fully within my rights to do so.

my argument in the human rights trial is that the implication that i was a threat to her safety is discriminatory, as the only way to come to that deduction is through negative stereotypes about trans people, disabled people or both.

but, the actual truth of the matter is that there never even was any purposeful communication with this woman. and, if it turns out ryan's a real person, an employee, like i suspect, then i never sent this woman any communication at all, accidentally or not.

this might be a part of the reason she's avoiding a response.....
