so, i've got the factum and book of authorities up here, now.

it's done. i think.

i'm going to get something to eat, then take a final look over it. i'll need to mail it in the morning...

then, what?

well, i'll need to file it in toronto with the certificate on the 10th.

but, i can put it aside for a bit. i hope.

this wouldn't convert this morning, and i had to nap before i got it.

the answer was to split it in half, convert each half separately and then paste them back together. pdfs are weird things.

i'll have to double check that i'm meeting all of the statutory requirements, but i think this document is done. so, i am posting it here, as per the public interest, as previously promised.

there are three versions. they're all the same, although they self-reference themselves differently. the first is the full document, which is nearly 140 pages. the minimal version is roughly half that length, but i probably won't print it. i'll probably print the middle version. we'll see what happens.

my website still works.

you know, i've actually never really listened to a lot of schubert. it's in this huge pile of stuff that i've just written off as "beethoven lite", which isn't to say that i wouldn't vote for infinite beethoven, so much as it is to point out that i'd rather listen to the real thing.

i'm going to give schubert's ninth a chance tonight, though. can he prove to me that he's adding something worthwhile to beethoven's stylistic revolution? or will he just further perpetuate my low expectations?
so, i've got all of the emails in the document, now.

it's pushing 140 pages.

i'm just going to double check it, and see if i can can find some ways to pare it down, make sure the numbers are all right, all that kind of stuff.

when it's done done done, i'll put it up on google drive for the public interest.

my web site still works...
