people vote for the democrats because they want them to pass bills that make their lives better. it's supposed to be the party of change, of activist government, of progress in legislation.

but, all anybody's seen under the pelosi dictatorship is a do-nothing congress that sits on it's hands, or plays political games with the time it should be using to govern with. how many bills have they passed? so, why the fuck would you keep voting for them?

i wouldn't be an "independent", exactly. i'd be a partisan green supporter that might consider voting democrat from time to time. but, i'll tell you - if i had voted democrat in 2018 and what i got from it was somebody to keep the chair warm while pelosi plays cynical political games to prevent herself from having to govern, i'd be back to the greens pretty fast in 2020.
