i just need to convince myself of it before i write it down, because i don't want to do it twice.

that means the water soluble components will stay at 100% (or whatever adjustment i made) per meal, and therefore 3x the per meal requirement in total, but the fat soluble components will adjust to 120% of 150% per day, which is 180%, total. for most items, i'll leave the 30%/meal requirements in place, as it's a reasonable minimum point. however, i'll need to increase the maximum amounts proportionately and i'll need to have meals with bigger contributions to meet the higher requirements. so, my eggs now contribute 108% of the rdi for retinol, for example...and 170% for choline. the soy bowl, on the other hand, contributes a very large amount of potassium (70%) and calcium (82%).

no, on second thought, let's adjust this first. i think i've made up my mind. so, the next update will adjust the requirements to 150%.
