so, if somebody like sam seder is socially liberal and fiscally  conservative - a red tory, or "progressive conservative" - who is the opposite, the socially conservative and fiscally "liberal" or fiscally communitarian?

historically, the best examples of the latter come from fascist europe, and the combination has been understood as classical fascism. i'm going to avoid hitler and point to mussolini instead - mussolini is the perfect, archetypal example of the socially conservative & fiscally communitarian, hence his economic theory of corporatism, as he threw malatesta and others in jail.

but, you're seeing this develop in the likes of joe rogan. and, it's understanding where this combination has historically led that should produce a lot of apprehension.

i've been clear that i don't think suppressing speech is productive in fighting against the bad guys, except when it gets out of control. that's a part of being an anarchist, and demanding that a social revolution must come first - or we're just wasting our time, as we see one tyranny after another.

but, the authoritarian left is at least correct to realize that this combination, whether it exists in the likes of joe rogan or in the medium of the current fake left political establishment, largely driven by immigration from countries with socially conservative dominant cultures (one example, but not the only, being islam), is a threat that needs to be addressed.

i've pointed out before that one of the key warning signs from self-identifying leftist movements is the idea that the community is greater than the individual. when you hear people start talking like that, you want to get up and run and join the opposition, instead.

likewise, the combination of social conservatism & fiscal communitarianism has never gotten the world anything but untold human misery and abject slavery, and when you hear people combining those ideas, you want to push back as hard as possible.

seder is not scary like that, he's just an aging activist that has misunderstood resource allocation as fiscal management. you can build alliances with him, and maybe convince him he's wrong once in a while. but, don't confuse yourself - see reality for what it is, and don't be disappointed when a duck does, indeed, quack, in the end.
