well, in all fairness, this guy doesn't seem to know what anarchism is, either. he's in jail for building a pipe bomb. that's something a terrorist does. if he claims anarchism as his justification for terrorism (through whatever warped set of deductions he may use), then it follows that any literature or writing he's doing on the topic *is* within a gang-related context.

this is why idiots like mark neiweem are such a problem for anti-statists. people may sit there and sneer, but the definitions that the state is using are in truth fully accurate, in context. his claims of political persecution are not supportable.
