i've never really had allergies before, excluding my nitrogen allergy, which is annoying but not difficult to deal with: i just sneeze a lot. no headaches. no aches. just lots of sneezing...

i've been bad the last few days, but i suspect that my non-smoking may be interacting with the air quality in this city (which is famously poor), to create an overactive immune system.

it's either that, or i really do get a flu every time i leave the house and am dealing with some kind of immune system deficiency disorder.
