while you can't condone that kind of behaviour, it is equally difficult to uphold a legal regime that gives different rights to different fishing establishments based on their ethnicity.

the catch should be set to sustainable limits and standardized, so that it is there for everybody, forever.

and, if we want to undo the effects of colonialism, we should redistribute the wealth from the rich to the poor and not from the poor to the poorer.
