i mentioned a while back that the best argument i've seen for the nutritional value of raspberries is aspirin, and it turns out that i'm going to need to bring them back to get from 30% to 50%, which is the last vitamin add i have left to do in this overhaul.

bringing raspberries back in gets me some more flavonoids and phytoestrogens as well, and just brings back in something that i just like. with the boost in vector, i no longer need bananas either, but that's fine. i think i was always planning on this, i was just looking for the right way to do it. 

so, there's three final adds to this breakfast bowl (raspberry, wheat bran, sunflower seeds) in this final vitamin update, which is imminent.
