as more time goes on, though, and that new bridge gets closer to completion, the need to be right downtown dries up more and more. they're building bike lines over the bridge, meaning i'll be able to get home at 3:00 am - i won't need to wait for the bus under the tunnel in the morning. so, the sandwich-lasalle area becomes more and more appealing.
