so, i mean, as long as he exists strictly within canadian-british jurisprudence, i don't give a fuck what he looks like.

but, we've got a constitutional crisis - and potentially more than that - on our hands if he ever decides to cite his religious scripture to get around the common law. 

i'll state this up front: that would be unacceptable, and would necessitate his immediate resignation.
