the reality is that ontario has no idea where it is at all in this because the data is so poor. at least quebec seems to have a handle on what's happening; in ontario, they give these numbers to the media that have no reflection on reality at all, due to a combination of out of date technology and purposeful manipulation. we know that they're weeks behind in reporting, and we know that they have thousands of tests on backorder, but the extent of it is really unknown. it's a conspiracy of the obsolete and the incompetent.

so, i've decided not to bother.

but, if this is the condition? you'll be lucky to get a beer before labour day, as they're still counting deaths from july in september.
