the bread seems to be roughly comparable, and the pasta i'm buying seems to be pretty good. the soy is variable; i wish it was better, but it's the best i can get. my margarine also has added e, which seems to be unusual.

the fact that i'm having such a hard time finding sources of fat soluble vitamins in a healthy diet really speaks a lot about the poor regulation, and it just kind of clicked - i wouldn't be having this problem in the united states because the healthy food is fortified better.
