i was hoping to get through the dental stuff quickly, and then wasted the week on it.
not much happened regarding court stuff this week, but i'm going to update.
- the karen case has two components:
a) i left a message about filing with the divisional court and have yet to hear a response. i've just left a second message, now.
b) for the human rights case, the conflict of interest (the karen was apparently a lawyer in the crown's office. lol.) has been disclosed and is very concerning. like, did this woman get direction from higher up? i filed another form 10 with a form 12 on the 23rd. i have not received a response from the police regarding the transphobic statement.
c) i have now filed with the privacy commissioner about the omitted statement.
e) i will eventually be filing a constitutional challenge in this case.
f) i am still looking at filing criminal charges against the karen, and the results of the fippa were helpful, but i want to wait for a few things to play out, first. locating ryan myon as a real person would be helpful. the conflict of interest is extremely concerning, but it makes filing directly with the justice of questionable value. i mean, this woman seems to work for the court, and that probably explains why the audio got altered. so, i want to file with the privacy commissioner, first, to see if i can get the statement. i'm going to need a strong case - the karen is basically a cop.
- the discrimination case against the hospital has two components:
a) i am awaiting the tribunal's response to set a hearing date.
b) i am awaiting the oiprd's report..
d) a foia is filed with the cops and will arrive mid-month.
e) i have filed with the privacy commissioner.
- the discrimination case against the grocery store is now filed.
so, this week i am
- i have filed just about everything i can against the cop/karen and need responses before i can figure out how to approach criminal charges. i may want to go to a justice outside windsor.
- i may get a response in the oiprd case.
- the hospital case is in waiting, strictly.
