i also spent some time last night looking at tactics regarding what to do about storing my bicycle on the landing upstairs and decided to hold off on it. i could potentially get a hook and screw it in the wall for relatively cheap, but i ran a studfinder over the wall and it's just full of electrical spots. and, i'm not even sure that a stud is a good idea for a solution like that - i want a brick or tile column. and, who wants that?

so, i could get something called a "nook", and i might even be willing to shell out for it, but it's not a cheap device. i should wait to see if that money comes in or not. if it does, i should get one.

that will stop me from having to bring the bike in and out of the space i'm living in, which should make cleaning it a lot easier.
