i just read....

i actually think my landlord is probably stealing my internet. but, i should start by resetting both of my devices, first, and sending an email to my isp.

there's a ridiculous mess of cables....if i can get a better understanding of what all of this bandwidth is all of a sudden, i can hopefully track it better.

and, i'll need to be turning the modem off when i'm not using it, too. if bandwidth goes up when i'm not using it, i'll know there's some kind of fork.
