i'm going to stay a little quiet because i'm not sure who is reading this.
but, i talked to somebody at the tribunal today, and he acknowledged she's past the deadline by a good margin and there would have been a ruling by now if they weren't so backed up. while the issue is up to the judge's discretion, the precedent in ontario is that respondents that do not file a response are accepting the accusations against them.
now, that doesn't mean i'll get what i'm asking for.
but, it does mean that ms. chevalier is likely a few weeks away from being found guilty of one count of karenning, with consequences to be determined by the tribunal.
