ok.
so, i got a response on the second human rights order as well, and what they're going to do is plow the thing forwards - what they're saying is that if she doesn't want to update her address, she's doing so at her "own peril".
that means essentially that they'll allow the case to go forwards without her defending herself.
but, i'm going to eventually subpoena this woman. so, it's kind of not good enough. i need the address, and the cops remain the only way to get it.
i guess that the next step is that she has the opportunity to provide her address, if she decides to. but, they're otherwise going to actually send documents to this woman and have it rts.
what i need to do now - and i need to do it overnight - is familiarize myself with the timelines that i have to follow in order to ensure that everything is in order on my side. so, i need to provide a lot of documents, now, for example. but, when?
one of the things i'll need to serve everybody with almost immediately is information about the divisional court case.
i'm going to actually eat another meal, first. i'm sick. i can't be starving myself right now. but, i'll need to get to this tonight before i can get to the liner notes....
