this is an anti-mask protest.
listen - i know that some of the groups marching here are not groups i'd readily identify with, but i at least agree with them in their opposition to the mask laws, and i'm absolutely on their side, with this particular issue. but, those crowds are big enough to potentially spill over, and that's really my interest, here.
i was tipped off to this by reacting to the clampdown. i had no idea. it was just the only thing that made sense, and sure as shit...
but, how close to critical mass are they?
and, can they be co-opted?
