- fill up a pot of potatoes with cold water
- bring to a boil
- let sit for fifteen minutes
- take each out to a plate, chop in half or four

they're cooked; kind of mashy, but they're red potatoes. i've had these before, at dinners like christmas or thanksgiving.

- add a chopped avocado

- grate about 200 g of mozzarella and dump it in

i should get three, maybe four of these out of the bag. it's a good mea.
