if you insist on riding an e-bike, which is a pretentious and dumb thing to do, you should have to drive on the road, like you would with any other motorized vehicle. they should require licenses and insurance to drive, and you should need to be above the age of 19 to drive one. they're motorcycles, they're not bicycles.
it's not safe to let people ride motorcycles on a pedestrian path on a bridge, they are rightfully banned and the idea of allowing it is utterly retarded.
