the american labour laws are terrible. it's not just the prison labour, it's the farm and other labour under the table. the real reason that the americans can't fix their borders is that they don't want to, it keeps labour cheap. and trump was known to rip migrant workers off; he's not ignorant about this.

like everything else, this is nonsense, except that it provides advocates in the united states with an opportunity to get rid of prison labour.
i missed this a few weeks ago.

it means israel won. the war's over.

the united states should have invaded yemen several years ago.

it's an embarrassment to the united states that the houthis still exist.
my diet used to regularly come way down in the summer, before i started doing all of that bicycling, and burning it all off.
i actually lost more like 2.5 days to this migraine, and that's dramatically worse than normal.

it's often only a few hours; i'm just waking up now from a migraine that started on monday night and i still don't feel like it's done yet.

i think it's being catalyzed by the diet i put myself on, but that's not a reason to go off the diet. i've eaten a little bit of toast earlier than scheduled but i'm still trying to hit 137 for the next meal.

this shouldn't be challenging for me. i have spent most of my life in the high 120s, or low 130s. i understand i might be pushing it and may want to adjust to smaller, more frequent meals.

i'm trying to get through some canned soup that is outside my  normal meal plan. the one thing i have left to catch up on is a lot of fruit. it may make sense to shift to small and more frequent fruit bowls while i continue the weight loss. but i am getting there - i'm in the 130s, now. and i'm *not* just starving myself, that's why it's taking so long.
