there's a section of mein kampf - and i can never find the reference, but you'll excuse me for not reading through it. i don't have the exact language, which is in translation, and may have been translated multiple ways. i don't know. - where hitler basically develops what we today call identity politics. it says something like, and i'm paraphrasing this,

the best way to pacify a powerful minority group is to place one of their own in a scripted position of power. that gives them the illusion of control. the party will make the real decisions, in line with the real ideology. these decisions will be presented to the minorities by one of their own, which will make them more likely to be compliant and less likely to revolt.

in every conflict in the world - in ukraine, in israel, in iran, in yemen - the ndp has demonstrated a consistency in it's policies. it everywhere always stands in solidarity with the far right.

if it quacks like a fascist and walks like a fascist, it's a fascist. there's little conclusion that can be drawn other than that the ndp is an openly pro-fascist political party. there's no walking away from it at this point. 

the (modern) ndp has never seen a fascist party that it won't stand in solidarity with, or a set of bourgeois "values" it won't parrot back to the canadian ruling elite.
