the canola-olive oil mix together (without gross palm oil) is ideal due to the high smoke point, the omega 3s from canola and the omega 9s from olive oil. if i can find something that's fortified, and maybe has a dash of sunflower oil and a bit of extra ala, that would be a good replacement for what i used to buy, which has been ruined by the replacement of sunflower oil with palm oil.
