i shouldn't jump to the conclusion that i had a vitamin e deficiency, at least not relative to current clinical standards. i haven't been tested. i understand that it isn't very likely, at least relative to current clinical standards.

but the e has made a positive difference in a number of ways. i won't list them, but i'm noticing big differences after only a few pills. frustrating blemishes on my face that i was starting to worry were skin cancer are peeling off. i thought the glow was from estrogen, but i'm starting to think it's from vitamin e. that persistent annoying diarrhea, which i was tying to the stalkers drugging me, has cleared up.

the a came in the other day. i've taken 1.5 and am not noticing it yet. i would expect less obvious changes. the b is replacing the yeast, remember, and not a hike in much except b5 and b7, which weren't in the yeast. and i didn't take the yeast that frequently. i am feeling a little more awake, but i'm not sure yet.

i think a better analysis is that the rdi for vitamin e is currently too low.
