the democrats have enough seats that they could try to govern and try to override vetos or even make a deal with the president (how about trump try making a deal with his own fucking congress?) but they're not going to. they're going to waste the next two years orchestrating a soap opera, because they never had any intent of introducing any legislation on anything that they ran on.

moving forward, i will call the soap opera level enstupidification brought on by the dumb and dumber congress by the title as the world burns.
