i woke up yesterday a little before noon and just put the cd cataloging down and got to scrubbing and cleaning. i need to get this done so i can get in the shower. i got half of the aluminum up before i ran out of tape, re-scrubbed and steam mopped most of the floors and i even got the drum kit set up. for the first time since i moved in, everything in every room is essentially in it's right place. what's left is mostly just to tidy things up.

the landlord says the door on the side will be installed soon, so i should be able to get that last area sealed and cleaned soon, too.

i need to buy a lot more tape as my next step - duct tape, packing tape, weatherproofing tape, aluminum tape - but it's going to need to wait until after i get my rdsp money transferred.

so, that's it.

i have a few more days of work to do before i can get into a month long shower and clean myself up back to normal. for today, the focus is on finishing the cleaning and getting in the shower.
