in order to be a man with a plan, starmer needs to build a canal. then everyone will know he has a plan. clearly.
he could build a canal from london to manchester or london to york. it would probably help divert rising floodwaters. britain has of course been sinking into the ocean since the last ice age separated it from the mainland.
