there was a time when i supported the icc, but it has in recent years become beset by politicization and corruption and has in the end collapsed into anti-semitism, and should be explicitly dissolved for that explicit reason. history should state that the icc was dissolved for being anti-semitic. the case against netanyahu is beyond specious, it's absurd and blatantly racist in character. no court that would advance a case on such a flimsy set of grounds should continue to exist.

i have presented ideas for how the un should be reformed into a global democratic body. such a global democratic body should have a reconstituted court system with jurisdiction within it's member states and should have a primary mandate to hold international capital to a legally binding international law.
