so, i need to do a restandardization (?) of the data to ensure that the percentages are consistent with each other.

these are the denominators in the food i'm actually buying:

- a, b1, b2, b3, b5, b6, b9, b12, b16, c, e & k seem to be correct
- the dv% for b7 is 30 µg, whereas the rdi is 35 µg. this should be standardized. however, this is of no concern because no food in my diet lists biotin in this manner; while the vector is presented in the chart as a percentage, it is listed on the label in raw terms.
- i set the rdi for vitamin d at 15 µg as directed by the government bodies, but then set up my requirements for it to be 20 µg, as based on the previous rdi. it seems like the daily value is still 20 µg, so the percentages in the chart are actually based on the larger rdi, not the smaller one. so, i'm just going to increase the rdi to 20 (because that's what i want.) and recalculate based on that, rather than convert everything to a 15 µg rdi and then overshoot it. these changes are minor.
- f1-f4 are raw data.
- there is no rdi for k2 yet, and it's raw data
- rdis for the pseudo-vitamins b4, b8, b13, b14, b15, b20 & s are not directed by government bodies but constructed based on my own research.

- boron, fluorine, sodium, chlorine & potassium are all presented in terms of raw data
- magnesium utilizes the 420 mg rdi throughout, which is standard for men over the age of 19 and should reflect the amount presented by the daily value. so, i think this is fine.
- phosphorus uses the 1250 mg rdi which, while higher than the rdi, is actually the daily value. so, those numbers should actually be correct.
- calcium should use the 1300 mg rdi as a dv after all, so i don't have to adjust for it.

disclaimer:
i've gone to town with a few things - i'm not making up vitamins but rather filling things in. i mean, there's all these "missing vitamin names". what were they, exactly? it also gives me an excuse to work in a few things like choline that are hard to otherwise define as they are essential in some amount but not technically vitamins.

note that these numbers are scavenged and should be interpreted approximately. that's partly why i'm aiming to overshoot on most of it.

 2 ) pasta salad bowl:
- one tbsp of imitation bacon bits (isoflavones, maybe)
- olives?
- red clover (if locatable or foragable, for phytoestrogens)
- alfafa?
- rice bran is similar to sunflower in b5, but lower in omega-6 and lower in choline. also, less e. it would be better if i find myself strictly concerned about b5, but in the pasta bowl. this seems unlikely.
- dried whey is a little lower in both b5 & higher in choline, but also has a little b12 & has almost no fat. it's almost like the missing part of the yeast. i'm having trouble finding it though and don't think the isolate available at bulk barn is comparable. it seems to be largely seen as a waste product in yogurt production. it may be broadly useful across plates.
- broccoli?

3) eggs:

no.

the calcium daily value is 1300 mg. hrmmn.

i'll do a post on this.
i did this standardization once before, so the vitamins should be fine. it's the minerals that need to be double-checked, as i just tossed everything in on that first run. oops...
this breakfast has 70% of the rdi for calcium and 93% of the rdi for vitamin d, both mostly from the soy.

but, actually, i need to recalculate that, i think. the number is taken from the back of the carton, and should be relatively standardized. i mean, it's more reliable than the usda numbers on calcium in spinach, or something. but, it's presented in terms of a percentage and if i'm going to base my calculation on the 1300 mg rdi, i should realize that the percentages being presented on the box likely need to be adjusted downwards.

so, i'm getting 48% from the soy. but, 48% of what? and, the answer is not 48% of the 1300 mg rdi like i'm following through with but no doubt 48% of the more standard 1000 mg rdi, which needs to be adjusted to .48*1000/1300 = 36.9% of the 1300 mg rdi. so, that takes me down to a more reasonable 59% right away.

in fact, i should do a proper standardization of the data to make sure there isn't anything else like that lurking in there.

but, what is the evidence for excess calcium being dangerous?
wait.

what's the evidence of adverse effects from high calcium, actually?

i get that it can get stuck in your arteries, but shouldn't my hormones stop that from happening, if i'm healthy?
i'm still blurry, but i need to push through it. this sucks :(. it's like i'm having another pre-migraine, but i can't sleep for the next year...

the dehydration from the migraines is such a weird thing, too. it's worse than the headaches, in a real sense. you can sort of deal with a headache, but dehydration makes it hard to think, hard to focus. it even makes it hard to see.

so, it's looking like i was able to complete a three-meal cycle over 36 hours. i had the fruit bowl around 00:00 saturday morning, the pasta around noon yesterday and the eggs around 00:00 this morning. i should get the next round of fruit in by around noon-ish. and, i've been sleeping for most of the last 24 hours. all of the migraines and unwanted sleeping aside, is that stable?

it's kind of necessary to get a grasp on that, as i figure out how to approach these calcium intakes. i currently have them set to the lowest upper limit, the one for seniors. i am exceeding that upper limit in the total three-meal sum, but how should i adjust that if it's over 36 hours? if i picked the midpoint between the upper limit for seniors and the upper limit for the middle aged, i could avoid adjustments, and i think that's what i should do for now. but, if this is intended over a 36-48 hour cycle, i should be looking at 150% minimum and potentially 200%. then, i may have to actually adjust upwards.

i wanted to wait and i think i should.
they brought back all of the old clinton people, even moreso than the obama people, and you should expect them to pick up where they left off - in 2012.
so, what does it seem like we're going to see in syria?

it seems like we're going to see a return to "assad-is-boogeyman" type messaging from the media, with all kinds of anti-assad propaganda designed to pave the way for an eventual regime change. and, where they previously funded isis and told us they were funding "moderate jihadists", it's not clear that they're going to bother with the bullshit this time. they may just give isis direct air support.

the democrats seem to be aligned with the saudis in their desire for regime change in syria, and what that's going to look like if they win is going to be an absolute catastrophe for the syrian people.

and, so i stand with the people of syria against this aggression, as i have from the start. and, i hope we didn't miss our chance to pull isis out by the roots and put it through a mulcher.
yeah, that one was sneaky.

i think i'm awake now.

hopefully, coffee solves everything.
i've previously accused the fake left of orientalism when it comes to syria, and i'll double down on it - this idea that they're different than us, or have different values, or want different systems...

it's often pushed most by people of arab ancestry that grew up in the west and have no meaningful ties to the middle east. they get their concepts of the region from bad media, like everybody else, and they've internalized this warped concept of difference. i've deconstructed the cleopatra myth along these lines.

i don't think that the people of syria are different than us, or want a different political or religious system than we do, or have different beliefs or values than we do. i think that they're mostly irreligious people that have left religion behind, want to live in a free society where they're not oppressed by religious authorities and want basic concepts of democracy and self-determination.

and, i think anybody that denies that or tries to argue otherwise needs to give their head a shake. they're wrong. and, they're racists, no matter how much they try to flip the situation over.

read the said text. it's illuminating. really. it'll help you realize what you're doing wrong, especially if you're a western arab that's never even fucking been east of rome in your fucking life.
woahwoahwoah.

who's supporting cleaning up the mess that clinton & obama left in iraq? is that america's position?

no.

it's russia that supports the bombing, right now. and, this is my position - i'm on the side of assad & the russians against isis & the saudis.

trump wants to pull out...which i support in the medium term, once they finish the job. i tentatively supported the pull-out, as it was the correct general movement, but they moved too fast without eliminating power vacuums and then didn't even really pull out, they just made it clear that they were willing to get out of the way and let the saudis murder everybody because all they cared about was the oil, which was not a positive outcome.

that doesn't mean that staying put was the right choice and i will continue to oppose biden's plans to escalate in iraq. i did not support staying in the region to protect the kurds from isis, either. i do not consider the kurds to be worth saving; the way kurds are presented in western media is bullshit, a scam. it's a vicious cult. i supported a withdrawal, i just wanted to see it done correctly, and they botched the execution. i would support a withdrawal a second time, but i would insist on the proper execution. but, i mean, that doesn't mean i'll get it...

i would rather see a botched withdrawal than a continued occupation, but i will continue to argue for clean-up operations, even as i support the botched withdrawal. it's shit options, all around.

so, yes - get out of iraq. like, now. but, they need to completely annihilate isis (which is a saudi and western backed group and not representative of a movement on the ground; that's just saudi propaganda) first, restore syrian territorial integrity, send the kurds home, etc.

it's not a pro-western position at all, it's a pro-russian position, a pro-syrian position and a fundamentally pro-secular position. it's standing with the leftists on the ground.

and, it's baffling that i need to have this debate with people that pretend to call themselves leftists.
it really snuck up on me, today. i'm used to sufficient warning. i mean, i guess i got it, but it faded, and then came back all at once very suddenly - very unusually. and i'm almost feeling like a third round is coming in....
so, what happened this afternoon is that i finished my pasta, sat down to try to mitigate the aura and just disappeared into sleep. i seem to have slept the vicious part off, and woke up with just a lingering headache. but, i think i'm going back to sleep, unfortunately.
listen, it doesn't matter - the pentagon has made it clear who they want to take charge, and it's what the pentagon wants that will find a way to manifest itself in reality, via whatever propaganda is required.
"but, there's no evidence of cheating."

you wouldn't expect there to be.

that's not a convincing argument, either.
listen...

do i think the election was rigged?

sure.

i think 2016 was rigged, too (by the cia). and 2000. i think it's far less rare of an occurrence than others would like to imagine.

and, i think that biden stole the primary, too - and that it was one of the most blatantly stolen primaries pretty much ever.

but, what i think is that trump got outcheated; if trump could have cheated better, he would have. unfortunately for mr. trump, the establishment wasn't on his side this time, and all of the strings that he had pulled in his favour in 2016 reversed themselves this year.

so, don't expect me to repeat the party line on this - yes, actually, i do think that biden stole the election. and, it turns out he figured out how to cheat somewhere along the way, and got the fuckers on his side. that's how this works.

my primary argument is turnout, and i said this from the start. do i believe that joe fucking biden got more votes than anybody in the history of the country? no - that's hilarious. but, i don't really believe that trump got that many votes, either...

so, if they both cheat, and one cheats better and wins because they're the better cheater, what do you have to say about the process, other than that the status quo in the system is to expect the dirtiest actor to win?

i will say this, though - it says something about biden. it says something about his character. and, you should expect that to be a harbinger of what's to come.
