there was no "blue wave". the shifts were in trivial and unimportant demographics like blacks, border hispanics and young men. a lot of it was regression to the mean after the black woman was taken off the ballot. this didn't swing anything. what hurt him was low turnout.
he didn't target his base. he didn't get them enough red meat. they didn't show up to vote.
he could tone it down a little on the gay shit, and bringing in a wrestling guy doesn't help much.
